Max writes for Insider Access

Insider Access and the Cementafuture team were thrilled when eco entrepreneur Max McMurdo agreed to give a Master Class on the 9th October 2012, to prisoners in HMP Maidstone. 

Following a stunning session which engage over 37 prisoners, Max agreed to contribute a monthly column to Insider Access.  This column will be edited and its pages creatively produced, by our volunteer team of ex-offenders in the community.
 

Max’s visit to HMP Maidstone is captured in the poem ‘Rubbish Dreams’ on page 12 of Novembers issues of Insider Access, OUT SOON!

Max's national fame dates to his  appearance on BBC's Dragons' Den [Series 5], which resulted in investment from Deborah Meaden and Theo Paphitis.  Max’s company "reestore" take everyday waste objects and playfully upcycle them into beautiful accessories and functional pieces of furniture.
